1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and Android mobile application (the "Service") operated by Tobias Heneman. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an informational website with artificial intelligence features (AI chat, text generation) and an Android mobile application. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties
- enter personal data of third parties into AI features without their consent
- abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
- infringe the intellectual property rights of the operator or third parties
4. Artificial Intelligence Features (OpenAI)
The Service uses technology provided by OpenAI, LLC to power AI features. Inputs you enter are sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. You acknowledge that:
- Sensitive personal data should not be entered into AI features.
- AI-generated outputs are automated and may not always be accurate or complete.
- The operator is not responsible for content generated by AI.
- Processing of data by OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service (text, graphics, code) is protected by copyright owned by the operator unless otherwise stated. AI-generated content is provided "as is" with no guarantee of originality.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability or accuracy. The operator is not liable for:
- damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
- inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- third-party content linked from the Service
7. Android Application
The Android mobile application is available via Google Play. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. The app contains no cookies or telemetry.
8. Changes to Terms
The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
